Job requirements:
Grade 12/ Matric is a pre-requisite.
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role is a requirement.
Experience in a medical or private hospital environment will act as an advantage.
Knowledge of Injury on duty administration will act as an advantage.
Intermediate experience in the MS Office suite Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good active listening skills. Excellent communication and written skills in English and Afrikaans.
Integrity and maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
Proactive, flexible, and quick in responding to requests made.
Responsibilities
Booking of daily clinic appointments.
Receiving and making phone calls.
Scheduling of medical evaluations.
COID Administration management.
Filing and general office administration.
Clinic data capturing.
Keep notice boards updated with the National Health Calendar.
Distribution of health information.
Assist in arranging Health talks and in-service training which the OHNP will present.
