Virgo Personnel is recruiting a Reservationist for a prestigious luxury hotel client. This role is central to ensuring seamless guest bookings and delivering exceptional service from the very first interaction.
Responsibilities:
· Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
· Manage booking systems and update availability accurately
· Provide detailed information on room types, packages, and promotions
· Coordinate with front office and sales teams to maximize occupancy
· Assist with special requests and VIP arrangements
· Maintain professional communication and guest satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
· 2–5 years’ reservations experience in luxury hotels or resorts
· Proficiency in reservation software and property management systems
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
· Guestfocused approach with attention to detail
