Job Opportunity: USA Sales Campaign Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Campaign Manager to lead our USA outbound sales team.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in Outbound Sales Management (Must be Current)
✅ Strong USA sales experience with proven exposure to the market
✅ Demonstrated track record of success in end-to-end sales management (from strategy through to execution)
✅ Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
✅ Ability to drive sales growth, motivate teams, and achieve targets Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage outbound USA sales campaigns
✅ Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies
✅ Monitor performance and ensure achievement of KPIs
✅ Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to sales teams
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to align sales strategies with business goals
