ZIPLINE ACTIVITIES MANAGER
We are seeing an experienced Hands-On Zipline and an Activity Manager at Zipline based in Broederstroom.
The roll requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage a team, coordinate events, provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the facility. The ideal candidate will have previous Adventure Management experience, strong leadership skills and the ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
* Qualifications and Skills
o Grade 12
o Valid Driver’s Licence
o Certification in Hospitality/ Tourism, Duty Management, Activities
o 5 years’ experience in activities / hospitality/ industry field/ fitness industry
o CPR / First Aid Certification
o Computer skills essential – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Appreciation of diversity
o Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with staff, customers
and stakeholders
o Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests.
o Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with professionalism and
diplomacy
o Familiarity with guest service best practices to create a welcoming atmosphere
o Safety-conscious, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
o Adaptability, flexibility, general enthusiasm for the business
o Ability to handle pressure, must be able to work flexible hours
o Ability to enthusiastically interact with others
o Must have own accommodation and transport
o Ability and willingness to hold oneself accountable for high personal standards and conduct and professionalism.
o Ability to identify and drive sales and marketing opportunities.
