Key Requirements:

Beauty Diploma: Preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC certified.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of spa experience is essential.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ESP and Opera software is an advantage.

Computer Skills: Excellent computer literacy.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Client Interaction: Friendly, highly interactive, and excellent at client relations.

Retail Skills: Proven ability in retail sales.

Professionalism: Mature, responsible, well-groomed, and able to represent the brand effectively.

Work Ethic: Passionate, target-driven, and flexible with working hours.

Availability: Able to work early or late shifts as required.

Spa Operation Times:

Tuesdays to Saturdays: 09h00 to 18h00

Sundays: 09h00 to 18h00

Closed on Mondays

Shift Details: 8-hour shifts per day, with one weekend off per month and overtime pay on Public Holidays (total of 7 or 8 days off per month).

Salary: Market-related basic salary plus a commission structure.
