A Phoenix-based recycling company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our growing team.
Key Requirements:
Must have own reliable vehicle
Experience in the plastic industry will be a strong advantage
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and organisational skills
Minimum 30+ years old
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Oversee staff performance, attendance, and productivity
Ensure proper handling, sorting, and processing of recyclable materials
Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
Complete daily reports and ensure accurate record-keeping
Liaise with management regarding operational performance and improvements.
Pay: R5 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
