Braai Block is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, leadership, and delivering high store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the branch
* Lead, train, and manage store staff to meet performance targets
* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally
* Monitor stock levels, ordering, and minimize wastage
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Drive sales, promotions, and store profitability
* Manage cash handling, banking, and daily financial reporting
* Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
* Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
* Minimum 2–5 years experience in a retail or restaurant management role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good understanding of stock control and cash handling
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Skills
* Experience in food ,restaurant environment or Retail Industry
* Strong sales and customer service background
* Basic computer literacy (POS systems, reporting)
