Requirements:

� Matric

� Previous experience in an Administrator position

� Computer literacy is essential

� Attention to detail and accuracy

� Excellent organisational skills

� Excellent verbal and written communication skills

� Ability to manage your own outputs, as well as the ability to function well in a pressurised environment

� Ability to work well within a team
Key Outputs:
� General administrative tasks including filing and sorting of documents
� Answer and respond to emails and phone calls and forward the communication to the appropriate parties
� Compile, maintain and update records accordingly
� Collect outstanding documents as required
� Prepare documentation of all accounts
� Liaise with internal and external customers
� Assist with preparing documentation of all accounts as requested by the various institutions
� Assist with follow ups on submission of claims to the various institutions
� Prepare monthly reports as requested
� Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
� Adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold the image of the company in a professional manner
