- Minimum 5 years; experience in sales, marketing, and export logistics.
- Proven experience in international marketing and exports.
- Experience in the macadamia or agricultural industry will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
