The Head Banqueting Chef will be placed at a corporate client in Rosebank, Gauteng. You must have experience in corporate/hotel buffets, manage Boardroom & meeting catering as well as catering for the client's corporate functions and events.
We are looking for a Head Banqueting Chef that is well organised, can communicate clearly and lead his/her team from the front and as an example.
We would prefer a Chef with a hotel background in a similar role as Head Banqueting Chef.
