Your role is to ensure the seamless operation of our wine studio, maintaining impeccable standards in all areas. Collaborating with the estate's management, you'll oversee staff training and motivation to deliver top-tier service. With a commitment to excellence, you'll curate daily wine tastings, manage inventory, and uphold high standards in both product and service.
Duties:

Oversee the daily operations of the wine studio, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Curate and conduct wine tastings, providing guests with insightful and engaging information about our wines.

Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and ensuring the presentation of the wine studio is impeccable.

Collaborate with the estate's management team to plan and execute wine events and promotions.

Train, mentor, and motivate the wine studio staff to deliver outstanding service.

Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury wine estate or hospitality environment.

Passionate about wine, with an in-depth knowledge of wine varieties, production, and pairing.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage and educate guests.
