A market leader in the HVAC industry is seeking an experienced, professional, and reliable Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, commission, and test new air conditioning systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical faults on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct system performance testing and recommend improvements where appropriate.
- Install and commission split units, cassette units, under-ceiling units, and ducted systems.
- Carry out repairs and routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- Complete accurate service reports, including work performed and parts used.
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service by explaining findings, maintenance requirements, and recommendations to clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Keep up to date with industry developments, products, and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician or in a similar role.
- Valid driver's licence (non-negotiable).
- Solid knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Strong understanding of compressors, condensers, evaporators, refrigerants, and control systems.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
- Experience installing and commissioning split, cassette, under-ceiling, and ducted air conditioning systems.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
