Key Responsibilities
Production Management
Oversee projects from pre-production through delivery
Create and manage production schedules
Coordinate crew, suppliers, locations, permits, and logistics
Monitor budgets and track actual spend against estimates
Manage risk and production compliance
Bidding & Estimating
Prepare detailed production bids for commercials, branded content, TV, digital, and film projects
Build budgets using industry-standard templates/software (e.g., Hot Budget, Movie Magic Budgeting, Showbiz Budgeting)
Source and negotiate crew, equipment, locations, travel, and post-production costs
Present bid options to producers, agency clients, and executives
Analyze actual costs and improve future bidding accuracy

Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years as Production Manager, Line Producer, or Senior Production Coordinator
Strong budgeting and financial management experience
Experience bidding commercials, branded content, or film projects
Advanced Excel and budgeting software skills
Excellent supplier and crew network
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work under tight turnaround deadlines
