We’re looking for Remote IT Support Engineers who thrive in fast-paced MSP environments and enjoy solving complex technical challenges. This is an opportunity to work with international clients, deepen your cloud and infrastructure expertise, and be part of high-performing and collaborative teams.

Please note: You will be required to work South African night shift hours.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and support Office 365 migrations and deployments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
- Design, deploy, and support modern desktop environments, including Intune-based device management
- Manage and optimize Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, etc.)
- Implement and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable IT environments
- Collaborate closely with project and support teams to ensure smooth post-deployment operations
- Create and maintain clear, structured technical documentation
What You Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization
- Proven ability to troubleshoot across Windows and macOS environments
- Experience with Windows Server technologies, including AD, GPO, and DNS

- Security Management Certifications (Splunk, Arctic Wolf, Tenable)
