Requirements
- Knowledge of computers, servers, and networks- 4-5 years of experience.-
- Strong communication skills. The ability to provide exceptional customer service.-
- The ability to work efficiently and expedite tasks in a time-sensitive manner, as well as work in a team environment.-
- Knowledge of the following software and hardware:
1. Windows (Active Directory)
2. VMware
3. Cisco, Meraki, HP, and Lenovo (servers, switches, WAPs, Controllers, workstations, security appliances, etc.)
4. Window Server OS
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation, daily operation, support, integrity, and security of the technology and data (including PCI compliance) that support and enable business operations for all clients
- Supports active directory (creating and modifying GPOs and VB scripts), email systems (i.e. Office 365), virtualization, monitoring, and remote management software.
- Identifying and correcting all LAN and WAN issues.
Knowledge Preference:
- Advanced understanding of DHCP, DNS, and IP protocols.
- Hospitality-driven applications (POS, PMS, Keys, Sales & Marketing Systems, etc.)
- CI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance.
Working conditions
- Thursday-Monday (11pm-7am EST) with off days being Tues and Wednesday
- Must have a personal device (computer/stable internet connection)
- Must have the flexibility to work overtime on short notice - as requested - by the management team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R18 000,00 - R27 000,00 per month
