Time Management Functional Product Developer
Experience: 2+ years experience
Work Region: Pretoria, South Africa
Responsibilities include
- Providing development support from a SAP functional perspective, ensuring ABAP team understand the business requirement.
- Maintaining existing products by resolving software errors; enhancing the products with new functionality.
- Enabling global deployment teams with necessary product knowledge.
- Working with technical business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Providing technical support to our customers through conference calls and by resolving issues submitted to our support desk.
- Assisting in Product demos and proposals.
Qualifications required
- At least two years of working experience as an SAP Time Management Consultant
Other requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Product testing experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
The following would be an advantage:
- Up-to-date SAP or related Time Management product certification.
- Experience in SAP Time Management (Leave, Positive and Negative Time Management).
- Ability to function in a fast-moving and challenging environment.
- Confidence with engaging with customers telephonically.
- Availability for occasional after-hours support for international customers.
- Ability to work as part of a team, sharing knowledge and learning from colleagues.
