Purpose: The role aims to drive TIA’s high – performance culture by executing the strategic objectives through robust HR strategy, IT enterprise architecture and facilities plan. The role seeks to enable transformation, business sustainability, and risk mitigation leading to operational excellence and positioning of TIA as a Thought Leader.
- A relevant post graduate qualification
- A Master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage
- 10 to 15 years’ Management experience within a corporate services environment
- Minimum Five (5) years senior management experience
- Sound Knowledge of HR, IT, Knowledge Management, Marketing, Communications and Facilities management trends and practices.
- Analytical and critical skills thinking with good report writing skills;
- Financial Management with the good understanding of PFMA
- Communication, negotiation and excellent leadership skills.
- Track record in Organisational leadership at strategic and operational levels and navigation in a complex organisation will be an added advantage.

- To provide strategic direction and business acumen in managing TIA’s capacity and capability requirements.
- Oversee the operational outputs and budgets for HR, IT, Marketing and Communications and Facilities business units.
- Drive TIA’s transformational initiatives to support TIA’s transition and change management processes whilst also ensuring continued impact, positioning and value creation.
- Provide strategic inputs and manage the development of an effective and efficient organisational structure, culture and operational environment.
- Develop and ensure adherence to Policies, business processes and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of the organisation.
- Oversee the effectiveness and compliance to all TIA operational systems.
- Develop the strategic risk register for the division and provide inputs to the corporate risk register.
- Manage divisional reporting in alignment with the Annual Performance Plan requirements;
- Oversee the proactive implementation of measures to ensure safe and secure facilities at TIA offices.
- Provide effective team leadership to the division.
