• Matric • Minimum 10 years related experience at a senior level • Diploma in Clothing Production or Management would be an advantage but not requirement
• Prior clothing production experience essential • Good technical garment construction knowledge and ensure styles are manufactured to Truworths high standards • Good communication skills • Monitor lines to meet hourly/daily targets and track production plans • Set up production lines using balancing sheets and execute line changeovers in the shortest possible time • Attend pre-production meetings and actively contribute • Strong leadership and can-do attitude • Having a quality-focused mindset
