Duties include the following:
- Reception and answering of incoming calls
- General administration pertaining to the business (filing, local sales, monthly creditors on Pastel)
- Staff attendance, leave and functions
- Staff and promotional clothing
- Dispatching of local orders
- Promotional clothing and promo stock (managing stock, quote/order replacements)
- Events/functions (quotes and assistance with ordering food, setting‐up/prep and packing‐up)
- Suggestion Box (Review suggestions monthly and keep record
- Managing the mailing /subscriber list (adding/removing/correcting email address errors)
The successful candidate will currently reside in the Helderberg or close surrounding area and meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a pressurised environment.
- Proficient in Pastel, Outlook and Excel
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
