This position assumes the responsibility to supervise workers, materials, cleanup and time management of the building and/or construction site.
Manage and run residential and commercial construction sites.
Candidate must be hands on with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction, alterations and general construction work from setting out to finishes.
The candidate must have experience in managing materials, staff, labourers, and sub-contractors on several sites concurrently as well as dealing professionally with clients.

~Resolve problems when they arise
~Report on progress to business owner etc.
Requirements and skills
~Proven experience as construction foreman
~In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment
~Understanding of electrical, hydraulic and pluming systems
~Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
~Excellent organizational and leadership skills
~Ability to communicate and report effectively
~Aptitude in math
~Problem-solving abilities
~Good physical condition and stamina
High school diploma
EXPERIENCE
- Min 5 years related experience
Must have a valid driver's license and pdp.
