We're seeking a skilled Network Engineer with a strong background in both Linux and Windows environments to join our team and play a key role in providing exceptional service to our valued clients.
Minimum of 3 year’s experience required.
Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain both Windows and Linux servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and connectivity issues.
- Setup and configure Windows and Linux Servers
- Some Desktop support
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, firewalls, and DNS.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V).
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, procedures, and changes.
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA Network+: Validates foundational networking skills and knowledge.
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server: Certification in managing and configuring Windows Server environments.
- Linux Certifications: Validates skills in managing and administering Linux environments.
- Any virtualization Certifications: Validate skills in managing and administering virtualized environments.
