Spec:

Oversee 50+ reservations agents

Oversee operational activities of central reservations department

Hire and train new employees as well as oversee the quality assurance of all employees

Meet regularly with customers to ensure they are happy and expectations are being met

Take the lead with onboarding all new customers in the central reservations department
Requirements:
-
5-10 years’ experience in hospitality call centre reservations
-
Be ready and set to operate a fully functioning remote office using fiber connectivity

Very PC literate and quick to learn on company CRM + various hotel reservation systems
-
Proven management skills
-
Able to work generally Mon-Fri 3pm to midnight (+few extra hours where needed)
