Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist & Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting customers, driving sales, supporting daily administrative activities, and helping grow our brand through social media marketing.
This role requires someone who is confident interacting with customers, passionate about health and wellness products, comfortable selling in-store, and able to create engaging content to promote our products and services online.
The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the growth and visibility of our brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming reception area.
Sales & Product Support
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations.
- Actively promote and sell products to customers visiting the office/store.
- Process sales transactions, payments, receipts, and invoices accurately.
- Follow up with customers and support customer retention.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Administration & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Record incoming and outgoing stock.
- Assist with product displays to ensure the store/office environment is attractive and organized.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures.
Social Media & Brand Promotion
- Assist in promoting the company brand on social media platforms including:
- TikTok
- Facebook
- Other relevant platforms
- Create engaging videos, product demonstrations, and promotional content.
- Help showcase products, services, and company activities online.
- Support social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends and identify opportunities for promotion.
General Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, sales, retail, or administration preferred.
- Experience in social media content creation and online marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with customers and promoting products.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use sales systems.
- Comfortable creating videos and appearing in social media content.
