We are a leading short-term insurance brokerage seeking driven, FAIS-compliant Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls (or handle inbound queries) for short-term insurance.
- Conduct financial needs analyses and provide appropriate short-term insurance advice to clients.
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales and service targets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Qualifications: Relevant insurance qualification NQF Level 4 would be sufficient.
- Regulatory Exam: Successfully passed RE 5 (Representative Examination).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year outbound/inbound call centre experience
- Skills: Excellent communication, we are looking for a great negotiator!!
