Job Title: Online Sales Executive
Futurama, a leading retailer in the hunting and outdoor industry, is looking for a driven and experienced Online Sales Executive to join our team. This is a senior-level position focused on growing our online sales while ensuring all related administrative processes run smoothly.

Position Details
Location:
Futurama Head Office – Somerset West, Western Cape
Purpose of the Role:
To increase online sales performance, manage all related admin functions, and provide excellent customer support, contributing to the continued growth of our e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategies to grow online revenue
- Handle all sales-related administration, including order processing and customer communication
- Maintain and manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock levels
- Deliver high-quality customer service by assisting with queries, resolving issues, and offering product guidance
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent online customer experience
- Track and evaluate sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Keep up to date with e-commerce trends and apply best practices
- Assist with annual stock takes and ongoing inventory management
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in online sales with a proven track record
- Strong experience working with e-commerce platforms and online retail systems
- Knowledge or experience in our product categories will be beneficial
- Matric is essential; a qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Interest in outdoor activities such as hunting, camping, or similar

Starting Salary: Range R8,000 to R10,000 per month + uncapped commission

- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00
- Office-based role (full-time)
Location Requirement
Applicants must be able to travel to Somerset West daily or be willing to relocate before starting.
