We are a commercial property brokerage, that specialises in selling and leasing warehouses and factories in Gauteng. We require a Telesales Agent on a part time basis.
1) JOB DESCRIPTION
The Telesales Agent will be required to telephonically contact the decision makers of logistics and manufacturing companies operating in Gauteng. They would have a brief discussion with the decision maker, acquire their e-mail address and mail them our property brochure advertising warehouses and factories to let. The successful appointee can work from home, from Monday to Thursday each week, for about 3 to 5 hours per day. They must have their own computer and cellphone.
2) QUALIFICATIONS
The Telesales Agent must have experience and a proven track record in a similar position, with references. A good speaking voice and command of English is essential. The more languages spoken the better. They must have the confidence to interact with directors of companies.
3) WAGES
Negotiable. To be discussed.
