Are you a self-motivated person with good people skills? We are looking for energetic Field Agents to help grow our gardening and landscaping business by finding new clients.
Responsibilities
- Promote our gardening and yard maintenance services to homeowners, businesses, estates, and property managers.
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Distribute marketing materials and explain our service offerings.
- Schedule appointments and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
- Submit leads and client information to management.
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Access to a smartphone.
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not essential.
Commission Structure
- Earn commission for every new client you bring in who signs up for our gardening services.
- Attractive earning potential with no limit on commissions.
- Performance bonuses may be offered for outstanding results.
Pay: R300,00 - R450,00 per day
