Min Requirements:
- Matric
- Qualification - Intermediate / Advanced Excel (Essential)
- 3-5 Years Technical admin experience
- Must have extensive experience working on intermediate Excel (Pivots, V/H Look Ups, Graphs and formulas (an assessment would be conducted)
Daily Duties
- Report any situation that is unsafe or unhealthy.
- Capture Change slips, Survey Sheets and scrap documents on full tracking accounts, using an in-house tyre management program and/or other reporting systems.
- Capturing various Invoices onto databases and produce financial reports.
- Daily task submitted and completed on time and accurately.
- Ensure all technical requirements are monitored and achieved for reporting purposes.
- Compile and keep timeous and proper records of all technical data.
- Maintaining and upholding the integrity, quality and standards of our reports and the company itself.
- Produce Reports, including monthly reports, such as consolidated tyre reports, Quarterly and Year to Date Reports, for tyres changed/ surveyed/ supplied/ scrapped.
- Site studies and costing reports produced when required.
- Technically evaluated by Manager

- Liaise with on-site personnel to monitor incoming and outgoing information to ensure that information sent or gathered is correct.
- To assess and ensure that all site documentation is being completed in the correct and proper manner.
- Train and advise site staff in the correct procedures should the requirement arise.
