A leading contract cleaning company is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Contract Cleaning Sales Representative to join our growing team in Gauteng.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management within the facilities management industry.
Minimum Requirements
* Proven sales experience in the contract cleaning industry (essential).
* Experience in the cleaning, hygiene, pest control, or waste management industries will be a distinct advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and secure long-term service contracts.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
* Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
* Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
* Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new contract cleaning opportunities across Gauteng.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Conduct site inspections and prepare professional proposals and quotations.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales.
* Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Represent the company professionally while promoting our integrated facilities management services.
