You’ll be responsible for leading the sales performance of a team of Outbound b2b sales agents. We will provide the industry leading training and environment that will equip you with the necessary skills, knowledge and qualitative approach to delivery, in all that you do.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week. Shifts covering Monday to Friday 10:00am to 19:00pm rotational basis (SA time)

- be responsible for driving optimal performance through strong leadership, clear communication and operational excellence.
- implement continuous improvements and ensure that their team is exceeding contractual KPIs and quality standards.
- have input into strategy and will execute strategic change.
- deal with escalated enquiries from customers and stakeholders from all areas within the business, and deal with personnel and disciplinary issues within the team for which they are responsible.
- lead and develop the team to ensure consistency in performance, stability and succession planning. They will foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
