Own end-to-end delivery of projects, including scope, time, cost, and quality management
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Monitor progress and proactively address risks and issues
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Support backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners
Drive consistent delivery against sprint goals and promote Agile best practices
Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements
Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready project documentation
Produce regular status updates and dashboards
Build strong relationships across business and technical teams
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively
Support data-driven decision-making and manage stakeholder expectations
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies
Manage cross-team dependencies effectively and escalate issues when necessary
Act as a servant leader to support teams, remove impediments, and foster collaboration
