Shape the Future with Us! A rewarding opportunity awaits a skilled ICE PLANT CLEANER at I&J in Waterfront, Cape Town. Your role will be to ensure that the cleaning standard are maintained with regard to HACCP and other food standards.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to: Refrigeration Foreman
Key Areas of Impact:
- Keep to the Ice Plant cleaning code.

Conduct walkabouts to monitor HACCP compliance.

Receives job card instructions from the Refrigeration Foreman and complete the tasks accordingly.

Ensure optimum standard of the ice plant cleanliness at all times.

Assist the Ice Plant Operator when need be with adhoc maintenance.

Compliance or regulation issues to be reported to Ice Plant Supervisor.
What It Takes to Succeed:
Experience that set you up for success:
- Minimum 1 - 5 year experience

Knowledge of HR Policies would be advantageous
