Job Summary:
The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our hotel remains in top condition. This includes general maintenance duties, with a focus on painting and maintaining the aesthetic quality of our property.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

Carry out painting projects, including prepping surfaces, selecting appropriate paints, and applying finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.

Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.

Maintain and organize maintenance tools and equipment.

Assist with renovation and refurbishment projects as needed.

Qualifications:
