Key Responsibilities:
Debtors
Credit notes
Customer vetting
Add new customers
Sort out customer account queries
Do collections on a daily, push for public by every Friday to be included in next weeks payrun
Send customer statements and invoices to certain customer groups
Creditors
Creditor vendor forms and information loaded onto the IntranetCreditor recons done for month end payments
Recons loaded onto the intranet for payment
Adhoc payments loaded onto the intranet
BBBEEBBBEE Procurement and expense sheet updated
SARS efiling, Paye loading on efiling, Intranet and bank
Salary- loading on Intranet and bank
Petty cash, manage the box, process excel spreedsheet and then process into pastel and reconcile
Administrator to process excel spreadsheet, process on Sage and reconcile
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent; additional certification in Accounting/Finance/Book keeping is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience
- SAGE experience will be highly advantageous.
This position will require an individual who possesses the following attributes:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
