About the Role
Mpeshu Fitness Portfolio is looking for a hands-on, creative Paid Media & Content Executive to drive lead generation across our 7 F45 studios. This role is in charge of Meta Ads campaigns and Google Ads across all 7 studios, while also creating the content that fuels those campaigns, from filming reels on your phone to editing them into scroll-stopping ads. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and studio teams to keep campaigns optimized, content fresh, and leads flowing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for all 7 studios, running multiple campaigns simultaneously per studio
- Continuously optimize ad performance (audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation) to maximize quality lead generation
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns for 7 studios
- Film and edit content (primarily using an iPhone) — turning raw footage into polished reels and ad creative for use across campaigns.
- In charge of shooting videos and turning them into trendy reels for the 3 Pretoria studios.
- Source, plan, and organize a steady pipeline of content to keep ad creative fresh across all studios
- Stay on top of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media trends, proactively bringing new ideas and formats to the table
-Support and help execute local studio events, contributing ideas and hands-on assistance - Report on campaign performance, leads generated, and content output to the Marketing
Manager Requirements
- Proven experience running and optimizing Meta Ads (non-negotiable — must have a track record of managing live ad accounts and campaigns)
- Working knowledge of Google Ads Strong understanding of current social media and digital marketing trends
- Confident filming and editing short-form video content (reels) — must own an iPhone
- Highly creative, with a good eye for content that performs
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns/studios at once and staying organized
- Based in Pretoria, with own transport to travel between studios
- Bonus: experience in fitness, franchise, or multi-location marketing
Pay: From R12 000,00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pretoria, Gauteng
