We develop and implement specialised regulatory technology solutions that help organisations across Africa modernise and streamline complex regulatory processes.
This is a consultative sales role for someone who thrives on solving business problems, managing sophisticated sales cycles, and winning strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities across Africa
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach and industry engagement
Consultative Solution Selling
- Understand client business challenges and regulatory requirements
- Conduct discovery meetings and needs analyses
- Deliver compelling solution presentations and software demonstrations
- Position business value and return on investment rather than product features alone
Commercial & Proposal Management
- Develop detailed proposals and commercial quotations
- Manage complex pricing structures and licensing models
- Respond to RFPs, tenders and formal procurement processes
- Lead negotiations through to successful contract closure
Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Build trusted long-term client relationships
- Work closely with technical and implementation teams
- Ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
The Person We Are Looking For

· Technical Curiosity: You don't need to be a software developer, but you enjoy understanding how technology works and can grasp complex software solutions quickly.
· Professional Presence: You are comfortable presenting to executives, facilitating discussions, and representing the business at a senior level.
· Self-Motivated Hunter: You create opportunities rather than waiting for them.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales
- Proven success selling software, technology, SaaS, ERP, enterprise solutions, or other high-value business solutions
- Demonstrated experience in new business development
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel
- Valid driver's licence
- Own reliable transport
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally when required
Highly Advantageous
- Experience selling enterprise software or capital technology solutions
- Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Experience working within highly regulated industries
- Exposure to tender, procurement or RFP processes
- CRM experience
