We are looking for an experienced and passionate Panelbeater to join our team and become part of our workshop family.
What We Are Looking For:
You should have experience in:
- Major structural repairs and accident damage repairs.
- Assessing vehicle damage and determining the most suitable repair method.
- Stripping and assembling vehicles.
- Working closely with a Bodyshop Assistant and guiding them where necessary.
- Restoring vehicles to insurer and industry repair standards.
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
Your Role Will Include:
- Repairing accident-damaged vehicles, including major structural repairs.
- Stripping, repairing, and reassembling vehicles assigned to you.
- Ensuring repairs are completed to a high-quality standard.
- Working closely with Assessors, Estimators, and the Workshop Manager to keep repairs on track.
- Completing and updating job cards accurately.
- Conducting quality checks before vehicles move to the next department.
- Taking pride in your work and contributing to a positive workshop environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has more than 5 years of panelbeating experience.
- Is reliable, hardworking
- Takes ownership of their work and works well within a team.
- Communicates effectively and is willing to learn and grow.
- Understands the importance of meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
