List of Duties
- Check and answer all WhatsApp messages from customers on the Business WA Number
- Answer the office telephones
- Assist walk-in customers with quotes and sales
- Assist in creating some of the content for marketing material on Canva
- Assist staff with queries and complaints
- Book in vehicles and complete information on the stock system
- Capture stock on Edge and the stock system
- Keep second hand car book updated (Yellow book)
- Arrange courier deliveries on stock bought from suppliers and sales to customers
- Order stock, office supplies, and stationary from suppliers
- Respond to emails from customers and external panel shops
- Support on all sales responsibilities where needed, including branches
- Treat all wounds and report serios injuries that are sustained while staff are working
- liaise with all service providers including, but not limited to the IT infrastructure, network infrastructure, website, stock systems, telephones, security, fire, and printing
- Quality check on Alternative parts received from suppliers
- Drive the heister to move stock around
3 years administration experience required
