Job Description
Initiate, maintain and build key relationships with Senior Partners/Directors of Attorney firms and vendors. Act as their point of contact. Address any areas that would negatively impact the performance of the Registration department and Home Loans as a whole. Ensure that the attorneys’ facilities are in place and updated. Arrange meetings/workshops. Conduct presentations with all new firms to the panel and conduct Attorney Workshops. Use innovative ways to communicate effectively with all business partners. Analyse new panel applications and assess whether they have a good business plan.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Matric
Degree or Diploma in property and conveyancing law
Experience Required
Up to 5 years experience within Home loans.
Proven leadership and people management record
Thorough knowledge of the Code of Banking Practice
Sound knowledge and understanding of Home Loans and the Registration process.
A good understanding of banking principles, procedures, processes, service and products.
Knowledge of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act.
