Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end property transactions for residential and commercial clients.
- Proactively acquire new listings and expand your property portfolio.
- Conduct property viewings and provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements effectively.
- Maintain an active, professional online presence to attract and engage clients.
- Stay informed on current market trends and property regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Valid PPRA (Agent or Broker status).
- Demonstrated experience in Residential or Commercial Real Estate.
- Strong background in property management and new home sales.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
- Leadership experience or the desire to lead and mentor a team of agents.
