**IMMEDIATE** URGENT** We are seeking fine dining chef de partie to join our clients luxurius lodge based in the Northern Cape
Requirements and Responsibilites

Maintain your workstation, keeping track of inventory and ensuring that everything is clean and orderly

Must have fine dining culinary skills

Prepare ingredients that are used on a frequent basis, such as chopping vegetables

Cook ingredients as directed by the head chef or sous chef, plating dishes as indicated by recipes
-
Adhere to all safety and health standards required by law when preparing food

Provide further assistance to the executive chef and sous chef as directed
-
Work alongside other chefs, incorporating feedback to improve processes

Working knowledge of restaurant practices and guidelines, including safe knife-handling skills

Superb organizational and multitasking skills even under pressure

Excellent attention to detail

Must be a team player, working well with other chefs, servers, and management
