The main purpose of the position is administrative in nature, and duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., all employment records) and updating internal databases and managing all other ad hoc HR administrative duties. (Time & Attendance/ Skills development/ HR Filing).
- Manage employees work attendance and administration, including disciplinary process.
- Grade 12.
- A diploma in HR Management/IR Management or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in human resources with specific involvement in time & attendance operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent timekeeping skills.
- Be able to work under pressure and complex work environment.
- Working knowledge and experience in Jarrison Time & Attendance, Sage 300 People will be advantageous.
- Ensure that all new appointments are in line with EAP.
- Manage and maintain the administration of learnership programmes.
- Coordinating ARPL and Apprenticeship programmes.
- Assisting with the recruitment of all positions that need to be filled, conducting interviews, and compiling interview packs for the panel.
- Time and Attendance administration. (Jarrison Time)
- Leave Capturing
- Tracking FTC & sending out reminders to the relevant HODs.
- Make sure that all new appointments, medicals, and induction is done by the relevant department.
- Check if all relevant documentation for new employees is completed and corrected prior to sending to payroll.
- Attending to staff queries.
- Assisting with audits with the required information.
- Assist with all other adhoc HR admin duties.
- Enrolment of new employees.
