We are a well-established wine farm in Franschhoek that is looking for an artisanal baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair with the ability to produce a wide range of artisanal breads and pastries.
Candidate should meet the below requirements:

A minimum of two years experience in artisanal bread baking as well as a certification from a culinary school or baking course, preferred but not required

Execute the production of a wide range of artisanal breads

Own transport would be beneficial

Sourdough bread experience

Ability to monitor dough fermentation, hydration, and baking times for perfect results

Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and food storage

Strong attention to detail for consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
