Position Overview
Pringle of Scotland is looking for a creative and commercially minded Clothing Graphic Designer to join our Design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating original graphics, prints, embroidery artwork and branding elements that support the seasonal product collections across Menswear, Womenswear and Accessories.
Key Responsibilities
· Research global fashion, graphic and print trends to support seasonal range development.
· Create original garment graphics, placement prints, repeat prints and all-over print designs.
· Develop embroidery artwork, appliqués, badges, woven labels, rubber badges and branding elements.
· Design artwork for knitwear, T-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, outerwear and accessories.
· Produce accurate CAD artwork and production-ready graphic files.
· Prepare artwork packs and graphic specifications for suppliers and manufacturers.
· Ensure all artwork is commercially viable and suitable for production techniques including screen print, digital print, embroidery, jacquard knitting, heat transfer and appliqué.
· Work closely with Product Developers and Suppliers to ensure artwork is production ready and accurately executed.
Qualifications
· Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Design or Textile Design.
· 2–4 years' experience as a Clothing Graphic Designer within a fashion or apparel brand.
Technical Skills
· Advanced Adobe Illustrator.
· Advanced Adobe Photoshop.
· Strong CAD illustration skills.
· Experience preparing production-ready artwork.
· Understanding of embroidery, screen printing, digital printing, heat transfers and garment embellishment techniques.
· Experience creating artwork specifications and supplier packs.

· Garment graphics
· Placement prints
· Branding and logo development
· CAD artwork
· Tech pack graphics
· Seasonal fashion collections
· Fashion trend interpretation
