LPI Home Buyers is expanding our remote sales team and is looking for experienced sales professionals who are passionate about helping homeowners while achieving outstanding results.
As a U.S.-based real estate investment company, we purchase properties across the country from motivated sellers. As a Real Estate Sales Closer, you'll connect with homeowners, understand their goals, and guide them through the sales process from the first conversation to a signed agreement.

Compensation & Benefits
- Earning potential of $50,000+ annually (base salary plus commissions)

What You'll Do
- Engage with motivated homeowners interested in selling their properties
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand each seller's needs
- Build trust, negotiate effectively, and help move opportunities toward signed agreements
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion opportunities
- Achieve individual activity and closing goals while collaborating with the team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or real estate
- Previous closing experience is required
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and overcome objections
- Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup
