Little Seeds Academy, is seeking a loving, responsible, and passionate Baby Class Teacher to join our team.
Position: Baby Class Caregiver
Age Group: 3 months – 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants
- Attend to children’s daily care needs (feeding, changing, sleeping routines)
- Support early developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised classroom
- Observe and record children’s development and daily routines
- Communicate effectively with parents and the school team
- Uphold the values, policies, and Christian ethos of Little Seeds Academy
Requirements:
- Experience working with babies (daycare or similar setting)
- A genuine love for infants and early childhood development
- Patient, caring, and attentive nature
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Relevant childcare qualification will be an advantage
- First Aid training will be an advantage
