Entertain clients professionally during events
Ensure stationery supply aligns with client requests
Distribute, monitor, and record company presentation equipment
Update and circulate the event list weekly
Attend and assist with events for efficient delivery
Communicate facilities and catering responsibilities
Inform catering and cleaning team of staffing requirements
Reconfirm events with operations management three days prior
Provide feedback to superiors and operations management
Elicit client feedback on company services
Explore and act on further business opportunities with clients
Address identified problems professionally
Organize special events efficiently
Bill each event according to catering and services provided
This role is preferable for men within the designated EE but open to all EE candidates
