Role Description:
As the Junior Duty Manager, you will be central to hotel operations, ensuring both the Front Office and F&B departments run smoothly. Your role will involve managing guest inquiries, overseeing staff, resolving issues, and maintaining the high standards expected in a luxury hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily operations in both Front Office and F&B to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and requests with precision, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and quick resolution of any issues.
Staff Supervision: Lead and support hotel staff, ensuring adherence to top-notch service standards and operational procedures.
Issue Management: Address and resolve any issues that arise during guests' stays, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Formal qualification in Hospitality is advantageous.
Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry (Rooms and F&B) is preferred.
Systems Knowledge: Working knowledge of Opera & Micros is beneficial.
International Experience: Exposure to international hospitality standards is a plus.

Accuracy: Fast and accurate data entry skills with knowledge of hotel operations.
Driving: A valid driver’s license is essential.
Work Hours: Standard Hospitality shifts (06:00 – 15:00; 14:00 – 23:00)
