The purpose of this role is to build a consistent pipeline of new short-term insurance business for RBS by identifying suitable prospect businesses, engaging them through high-volume outbound calling, and converting that engagement into qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.

Client
- Represent RBS professionally and accurately in every outbound interaction, first impressions matter, as this is often a prospect's first contact with RBS.
- Capture accurate, useful context on each prospect for a smooth handover to the Account Executive.
Business processes
- Identify and qualify businesses suitable for short-term commercial insurance, using lead lists / data sources provided and own research.
- Conduct around 50 outbound calls per day to identified businesses.
- Secure a minimum of one (1) qualified meeting per day for an Account Executive, held via Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls made, outcomes and pipeline status in the agreed tracking tool / CRM.
- Provide weekly reporting on call volumes, meetings booked and outcomes.
- Action feedback from Account Executives on lead quality and meeting outcomes to continuously improve targeting.
- Adhere to RBS quality standards and relevant consumer protection / data privacy requirements when making outbound contact.
