Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest assistance, responding to enquiries and fulfilling requests in a professional manner.

Carry luggage for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience.

Aid in guest evacuations, ensuring their safety in case of emergency.

Support the front desk by answering calls, handling enquiries, and directing them to the relevant departments.

Assist with the setup of events, and help update event signage as needed.

Run errands for staff, including moving stock and delivering items around the estate.
Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to lift at least 25kg with ease

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour

Familiarity with guest booking systems and basic security procedures

Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and external service providers
